Fare Dispute Ends In Killing Of Danbury Taxi Driver

Investigators now say a dispute over a taxi fare led to the killing of a Danbury driver in New York. Putnam County deputies arrested 28 year old Santos Vasquez Ramirez of Pawling, charging him with second degree murder and first degree robbery. Investigators say Ramirez confessed. The victim, 66 year old Aurelio Zhunio Orbez, was reported missing December 1. His body was later found in a reservoir.
