Governor Ned Lamont has ordered U.S. and state flags lowered to half-staff following President Donald Trump’s proclamation honoring Charlie Kirk. The order remains in effect through sunset Sunday. Lamont called the attack on Kirk “absolutely awful” and urged unity against political violence.
