Governor Ned Lamont has ordered U.S. and Connecticut flags lowered to half-staff Saturday, March 7, to honor the life and legacy of civil rights leader Reverend Jesse Jackson. Flags will be lowered at the State Capitol and all state-operated facilities, with residents, businesses, and municipalities encouraged to follow suit.
