Two people are facing felony charges after state troopers stopped a car on I-684 in the Putnam County town of Southeast. A search turned up drugs including cocaine, and three firearms. The driver, 30 year old Victoria Negron of the Bronx, and passenger, 42 year old Jonathan Ramirez of Pennsylvania, were arraigned and ordered held in the Putnam County Jail.
