Hunter Biden Faces Disbarment In Connecticut Over Tax And Gun Convictions

Connecticut’s Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel is seeking to disbar Hunter Biden following his federal convictions on firearms and tax charges. Biden has been a member of the state bar since 1997. A status conference is set for Monday with arguments scheduled for Dec. 15 at state Superior Court in Waterbury. His attorney is not opposing the disbarment, which follows a similar action in Washington, D.C.
