Investors Resubmit Plan for 200 Apartments in Downtown Danbury

A 200-unit apartment project is back on the table for downtown Danbury. Investors pulled the plan two years ago over sewer concerns but say those issues have been addressed after meetings with the city. The proposal calls for converting a five-story office building into 48 apartments and adding a 160-unit apartment building with a parking garage at 30 and 34 Main Street. A public hearing is set for Aug. 8.
