54 year old Troy Kennard, previously accused of threatening Danbury Mayor Roberto Alves, was arrested September 26 after police say he refused to cooperate during a response to a report of a suspicious person on Nabby Road. Officers say Kennard ignored repeated requests to exit his vehicle and provide identification. Kennard was charged with interfering with officers and resisting, released on $1,000 bond, and is scheduled for arraignment next week in state Superior Court.
