A 40-unit duplex development has cleared its first hurdle in New Milford. The town’s wetlands commission approved the project. Plans call for tearing down two homes and a commercial building to make way for 20 duplexes on 12.5 acres along Danbury Road. The project now heads to the next stage of review.
