New Milford officials have approved plans for a six-room European-style boutique inn in a historic Bank Street building. The project targets weekend visitors from New York and Boston and leans into the town’s small-town image and its connection to the TV show Gilmore Girls. The inn will occupy the upper floors, with no exterior changes allowed.
