Dave Littlefield, owner of Housatonic River Brewing, is selling his Danbury brewery purchased last year to concentrate on his busy New Milford tap room and restaurant. The 3,500-square-foot Danbury site, formerly Quirk Works Brewing, is listed for $450,000 and includes turnkey equipment ready for brewing. Littlefield says he will assist the new owner with permitting and operations to ensure a smooth transition.
