Danbury police say an Old Saybrook man is facing multiple charges after peeking under a bathroom stall occupied by a woman at a Danbury business. Officers arrested 68 year old Eugene Dollinger after he fled into a nearby creek when confronted. Police charged him with voyeurism, public indecency, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
