Danbury police are investigating minor damage to Republican mayoral candidate Emile Buzaid’s campaign office. Officers say a small rock or similar object cracked a front window on West Street sometime over the weekend. Police ruled out gunfire, saying there’s no sign a firearm was used. The GOP town committee called the incident politically motivated and urged local Democrats to condemn it. The investigation remains ongoing.
