Nearly all power has been restored across Connecticut after three days of heavy rain and strong winds knocked out electricity to thousands. Eversource reported just 58 outages statewide Sunday morning, down from more than 4,500 at the storm’s peak last Thursday. The storm, tied to remnants of Hurricane Melissa, brought gusts near 30 miles per hour and flooding that closed a number of roads.
