Ridgefield Man Faces Felony Charges In Suppressor Case

A Ridgefield man is facing multiple felony weapon charges following an investigation into illegal firearm components that were found inside his Main Street apartment. 32 year old Patrick Doty was arrested earlier this month after a court-approved seizure tied to a September emergency call. Investigators say they recovered unserialized metal and 3D printed suppressors, lower receivers, and equipment used to make firearm parts. Doty pleaded not guilty to four felony counts and posted bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for February.
