Danbury police say two Ridgefield residents were arrested after an early-morning fight on Mill Plain Road, with one suspect accused of making racially charged remarks. 20 year old Hunter Sherriff faces charges including second-degree assault, intimidation due to bias, breach of peace, and two counts of forgery, while 18 year old Thomas Hawkins is charged with assault, breach of peace, and forgery. Both were released on bond and are due in Superior Court of Connecticut in Danbury on Friday.
