A Ridgefield woman already accused of trying to poison the father of her child is now facing fresh charges. State police say 33 year old Kristen Hogan turned herself in and was charged with perjury and tampering with evidence after investigators found she used her sister’s children to fake DNA tests in a custody dispute. Hogan was released on a $50,000 bond and is due in Danbury court on December 23.
