Ritualistic Animal Killings Under Investigation In Hudson Valley

Authorities in Putnam County are investigating a disturbing case of animal mutilation believed to be linked to ritualistic activity. Investigators say decapitated chickens, roosters, and a white dove were found inside a bag in the Town of Kent. The Putnam County SPCA says similar discoveries have been made nearby in recent months. A two thousand dollar reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
