State officials are investigating after three inmates died in Connecticut custody last week. Thirty-two year old Andrey Desmond was found unresponsive at Garner Correctional Institution, while 40 year old Noe Tavares died at MacDougall-Walker the same day. Fifty year old Clemente Giusto died days later. The Connecticut Department of Correction says all deaths remain under review.
