After 35 years running the family business, 71 year old Stew Leonard Jr says he is stepping back from daily leadership. Leonard says his daughter, 40 year old Blake Leonard, will become president, while nephew Jake Tavello will take over as chief executive officer when Leonard turns 75. The Connecticut based grocery chain operates eight stores across Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.
