AAA says New Englanders are gearing up for one of the busiest Thanksgiving travel periods in years. The group projects 3.64 million people will head at least 50 miles from home, topping last year and pre-pandemic levels. About 3.17 million will drive, with tens of thousands more flying or taking trains.
