A lane violation stop in Wilton ended with the arrest of 56 year old Todd Fraiser. Police said a K9 alerted to drugs in the vehicle, leading officers to seize about five grams of suspected crack cocaine, a small amount of heroin, and paraphernalia. Fraiser was charged with possession of controlled substances and paraphernalia. His bond was set at 25 hundred dollars. He has a court date on November 24 in Stamford.
