Connecticut State Police are asking for the public’s help locating a driver accused of repeatedly speeding, passing cars and school buses, and switching vehicles and license plates to avoid arrest. Troopers say the suspect travels west on Route 109 from Washington to New Milford around 6:45 each morning and has been seen driving a green Subaru Legacy with Florida dealer plates and a red Jeep with New York plates. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Washington Resident Trooper’s Office.
