Wilton police say a Bridgeport man was arrested following a traffic stop on Danbury Road. Officers say a 28 year old driver nearly struck another vehicle and failed to signal, then showed signs of intoxication during the stop. Police report the driver failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. He faces multiple charges including operating under the influence and is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court in early January.
