City officials, conducting detailed deed research, found the undeveloped lots along Stadley Rough Road that were not initially included. The 30-acre Taylor Farm was already slated for purchase, but these newly identified properties will now be added to the deal. An updated appraisal is needed before the acquisition is finalized. The Planning Commission has recommended moving forward with the expanded plan, and city leaders will review it in upcoming meetings.
