Outdoor School Pavilion Proves Popular In Danbury

Danbury High School has opened a new outdoor pavilion to ease overcrowding in the cafeteria. The 1,200-square-foot space was completed this summer. It now offers seating for 128 students and features sidewalks, tables, and improved drainage. The pavilion is already popular among students and may be used as an outdoor classroom. The project, costing between $450,000 and $500,000, helps alleviate congestion while the new West Campus, set to open next year, is still under construction.
