Newly released information now shows that the former New Fairfield school staff member that was charged with sexual assault, enticing a minor by computer, and risk of injury to a minor, had been previously warned about her behavior. 31 year old Andie Rosafort of New Fairfield, is the former middle school cafeteria aide who is now facing charges, and according to printed sources, school records reveal that she was reprimanded weeks earlier for her interactions with minors on social media. In fact, the local newspaper reports that New Fairfield Public Schools investigated a claim back in November that Rosafort was communicating inappropriately with a minor, but no evidence of the accusation was found then. Rosafort did however, get receive a warning in December.
