School’s Back In Session

Danbury schools welcomed over 12,000 students back to class on Tuesday, marking the start of the 2024-25 school year. Mayor Roberto Alves also stopped by schools, switching between his roles as mayor and dad. The district aims to raise academic achievement and expects student enrollment to peak at around 12,200 by early 2025.
