Some people in Brookfield can finally bury their loved ones after some new volunteers have been put in charge of Central and Laurel Hill cemeteries thanks to a recent court ruling. That after the cemeteries have been closed to burials for about a year due to lack of supervision. A judge on Tuesday appointed a seven-member volunteer group to oversee the cemeteries’ operations.
