A Fairfield County man was arrested on charges of shoplifting in connection with the theft of $3,000 worth of goods from the Outdoor Sports Center in Wilton. The incident actually took place last October and has been under investigation since then. It led to 33 year old Ross Manley, who was arrested while at Stamford Superior Court on another matter. Manley now faces charges including larceny and organized retail theft. He is in custody and is being held on a $75,000 bond.
