CT Towns Get Funding

Three regional towns are getting some state money to pay for pedestrian infrastructure projects. Fairfield, Greenwich, and New Canaan will receive state funding as part of Connecticut’s Community Connectivity Program. Fairfield gets $681,900; Greenwich will see $799,200; and New Canaan gets $325,680. In total, the state is distributing over $12 million for projects to help Connecticut towns improve pedestrian and bicyclist safety.
