Six Florida men are now facing federal charges in connection with a violent carjacking and kidnapping in Danbury that took place back on August 25. The men, including 23 year old Angel Borrero, allegedly rear-ended a couple’s Lamborghini before kidnapping them and threatening to kill them. The victims were bound with duct tape and assaulted before police located and arrested the suspects. All six men now face up to 15 years in prison for carjacking and have also been charged with conspiracy and assault. Borrero is accused of organizing the crime, and he is being held on a $2 million bond.
