Danbury Dog Park Gains Approval

Danbury’s Environmental Impact Commission has approved the Central Bark dog day care at 55 Kenosia Ave., despite initial concerns about potential pollution. The commission debated whether urine from up to 75 dogs daily could impact nearby Miry Brook. However, assurances were given that the site, including rain gardens for filtration, would manage waste effectively. The project now moves to planning and zoning for final review.
