A Ridgefield man is set to appear in court today in Danbury, charged with the murder of his 83-year-old father. On August 3, 31 year old Steven Uriccio confessed to the stabbing death of his father, Marc Uricchio, with police finding a bloodied knife and significant evidence of the crime at their Ridgefield home. Following a competency review, Steven remains held on a $1.5 million bond at Garner Correctional Institution. His arraignment and trial will determine his ability to stand trial for what amounts to a class A felony.
